4 tbls comes out to 10 tps I believe, which should be the mixing amount. I stated 4 tbls because it is easier to mix than scooping out 10 tsp.

2 teaspoons ber gallon is the typical like Matt mentions. Typically a 5 gallon bucket I just dump in a 1/4 cup or so per refill. Not an exact science as once saturrated the rest just settles out. Clean out the gunk at the bottom of the bucket about every 3-6 months.
