Calibrate your refractometer and check your salinity. Hindsight is 20/20 and when my anemone stopped opening fully it was because my refractometer's calibration dial caught the fancy of my kids and I was running a salinity of 1.019. May or may not be it, but worth doing anyway. Hope it gets back to normal for you!

I had a rose do the same thing and it split, but it did that for about 24 hours.

Sebea anemones don't split. they will get really big just like as carpet. I had a sebae do that I freaked out and threw it away.Come to find out it was just spliting.......
Its hard to say what it is doing but if it has been like that for a couple days it probably isn't splitting. start testing to look for other causes. Also watch them clowns to see if they are being extra rough on it for some reason.

mine split but now it goes through cycles of inflating and deflating every couple of days. that looks to be a brute of a clown fish there i would give a +1 on seeing how rough they are on it.

Have you or the clowns been feeding him? If your water parameters are good you may want to try target feeding him. When mine starts to look a little haggard I know it is time to fatten him up a little. I try not to feed him too much or he grows fast.
