Just got a new light system need help

Here is what I got 2x96 watt blue antinic and 1 250 watt metal halide plus 4 blue led for moon lighting. My question is how long should I leave on each lighting blues halide and moon glow? I only got 1 small polyup on 1 live rock and I got a 40 gallon breeder tank. Please help me I'm such a noob!!!

I have 12 hours of actinic, and on my 3 bulb hailide system, i have a total of 6 hours of hailides, but only 2 of thoes 6 have all 3 lights on. each bulb has 4 hours. i would think 4 hours on yours would be plenty.
you might want to ramp that up slowly, an hour at first, then 2, then 3, then 4 to give things time to get acustomed to the light..

I run 12 hrs actinic, 8-10 halides

i run 6 hours hallides, 12 hours actinics and about 5 hours of moonlights. (one hours of red moon lights)
