Very disheartening. I read another article saying that the US hasn't been very willing to commit to the terms of negotiations in Poland.

hogwash- if the reefs can't survive where they are now the will simply move like they've done the past billion years.

Many species don't travel via reproduction very quickly. As a generalization, they would be colonizing new area as quickly as they lose their current range. Diversity is sure to suffer at the very least IMO.
