Should UV sterilization be avoided when dosing vodka, or will the bacterial culture spread fast enough to be able to grow when much of it passes through a UV? Does anyone have firsthand experience with this? I would imagine a lot of it would have to do with flow rate through UV vs total system volume and the growth rate of the bacteria, but I'm just curious.
