I got an aquapod 12 gallon and it's set up and running. I'm having trouble connecting the "nozzle 2-way splitter" that the water pumps back into the tank through. does anyone know if there is a piece between the nozzle and the 1/2" little thing that sticks out of the back???

The way they are they won't connect to each other very tight. When I turn the pump on it shoots it off. It's kind of fun to see but not helping my nano

Someone please help me out so I don't feel like an idiot any longer!
thanks

put some tape on the 1/2" little thing.

Mine never came with a splitter and it was new in the box. It just had a little fan thing that went on the end so you could angle it. I think I saw one set up at something fishy with a splitter like that before. You could try calling them.

I ended up just using one of the hydor rotating deflectors on it, which has worked pretty well. You need to add at least one other power head in there to have any type of decent flow with the pump the aqua pod comes with (though the rotating deflector recuces the flow a lot as well).
