Anyone help me with this? I am looking into getting a tank that is 36x36x18 acrylic and I want to get it drilled and set up a refugium on it. I have no room to store this meaning once I get it. I need to set it up and tear my old tank down pretty quick since I don't have the space to have both set up. Also due to tank size I have no way to move it on my own or take it somewhere to be drilled. Any experienced reefers out there willing to help? I'll supply the beer!:beerchug:

I can't help due to a broken heel but all you need is a drill and hole saw to cut your bulkheads.

Oh and those dimensions would make for an awfully purty tank

glasscages.com will make any custom size tank for you and drill it for you. I have heard they are alright a little weak on cust service but if they get your tank for you that should be all you'd need. They also have bulk shipping to mpls.

I already have the tank, just looking for experienced members that can help with drilling and plumbing it cheaply and efficiently.

I had no problem drilling 3 1.75" holes on .220" acrylic with a standard hole saw as soltaker posted.. put a board behind it to brace.
