So my 40 breeder towards the end I was so focused on the new tank build that I neglected my tank a bit too much. My zoas (a lot of them anyway) were closed. When I did the transfer I did both an iodine dip on them and a freshwater dip, since in the new tank they are still closed, all of them now, except the new ones I got. The old ones are still not getting better and the tank parameters check out perfect! Also my xenia is not recovering at all, it went bad during the transfer. Anyway to save these corals or am I just waiting for them to waste away?

I do realize I'm being a bit impatient since the new tank has only been up 5 days total, but I'm just worried that there may be something I can do to bring them back that I'm not doing.

when you say your tank parameters are perfect, what's perfect. Also what filtration are you running?

The only advice I can give you is to relax and slow down. You are changing a lot of stuff quickly. The only thing that happens fast in this hobby is disaster.
If your new light is lots brighter, they are probably having trouble acclimating. Shade them for a little while.

that is a good point you did go from a 175w to a 400w MH, and your tank is so shallow the even being on the bottom probably isn't enough... I would put them way out at the edges of your tank to recover, they are probably getting burned by all that light.
