Snails for sale cheap

I bought snails from her last year, and got a great shipment of 100% alive on arrival snails. She was easy to deal with, and I gave her positive feedback.

The price is 100 snails for $14 incl. shipping. They sift the sand, and work well for me. FYI, I don't know this person beyond a very positive ebay experience.

I don't know how to tell the difference between them, but I bought 50 from her last year, and they have done very well in my tank 30 gal., and have bread there. Lots of little micro-snails growing up! That's why I didn't need to buy any more now, most are still alive, and the babies have made up for those that didn't live.

The ones that don't live past a year are usually not the nassarius vibex. The colder water type die early because of their increased metabolism from our tropical water.

Thanks for the overwhealming responces to this advertisment!

I am going to be putting together a website and make this operation a little more professional, but I needed to first off find out if the interest was great enough, which now I know that indeed it is, and although I was planning on waiting until the fall when I can get my hands on plants in greater numbers than I can right now, I have had an emergency situation occur with one of my good friends who has been a partner of mine in this business and hobby from the start and I ran this ad in the hopes of being able to help him out as well. I am not one to go into deep personal matters while in business normally but since many of you as former ebay buyers are familiar with my partner Michael Robb, I felt you should know that this offer is going to help him and his family out as his family is moving back to NC from New Orleans and he is trying to get into a better place for his children as they lost everything to Katrina, and he and his wife havent been together for the past three years, now he finds himself needing something much bigger than his 2 bedroom apartment for he has seven children and I would say that his place is just a bit too small! LOL. He wasnt expecting for his wife to come home to him and he spent what savings he had just to go and get them as they were all living in a shelter and apparently had been for some time, so what money you spend on this order will go to a good cause.

Now down to business, As for plants I have plenty of Codium Fragile availiable and also plenty of snails. I do have some Gracilaria both red and green in limited supplies on a first come, first served basis, now I will be able to fill all my orders, but on the gracilaria I may have to wait to ship some of them until more is ready, but I can always get it when it is, so please bare with me if you dont get that right away, of course if you buy some of that and snails and I am unable to fill the order I will pay for the shipping costs on it when it does come in, and of course we can be reached at 252-229-9282 if you need to talk with us, and that number will always be in service as Michael has had it for years.

The prices are as follows for what we have. 100 snails for $14 (and you may add lots of 100 more for $7.50 each with no additional shipping) the plants will be in 3/4 to 1 Lb bags which is quite a large amount as I dont skimp on them and they are $9 per pound and the shipping is also $7.50 with no additional shipping for any added.

If you buy snails and plants just pay $14 for the snails and then add $9 for each Lb of the plants desired.

I have Codium Fragile, Green Gracilaria, Red Gracilaria, some Ulva (sea lettuce), and perhaps a few other odds and ends as I am still waiting to hear from one friend to see what he has to get rid of right now.

I will be getting some form of online payment system asap, but for now I can take checks and money orders sent to Michael Robb 4538 Rivershore Drive New Bern Nc 28560. Please include with your payment your shipping address, a list of what you are buying and your phone number and email address.

They are known as Eastern Mud Whelks (Ilyanassa obsoleta). They may be short lived but they are prolific breaders so it works out and they are great sand sifters.

This is precisely what they were when I got mine. They do breed well, and are fantastic with the sand.

I just received an email from them saying they missed their target of Monday and shipped most orders out Tuesday or Wednesday. This isn't good as I asked for them to be delivered to my business which isn't open on Saturday.:doh:
So we shall on Monday I guess.

Ordered has been placed, it should arrive tuesday or wednesday, he said he will ship it monday, so if all goes according to schedule we can setup pickup/delivery for the following days, he is sending some free samples of the plants so if your interested in a some let me know and ill pack it up for you,

I had a 100 show up at my place but I think it was from an e-mail I sent them a long time ago and I don't recal ever paying for them which is good because only 1 lived.

I've emailed them numerous times and haven't received a response in since 8/18.
Michael said he thought he shipped out my order on 8/15 or 8/16 but it still hasn't arrived.

At this point I'm not interested in pursuing this anymore so feel free to follow up with them or whatever. At least we didn't get stuck paying for 400 dead snails...
