I’m ditching my Berlin skimmer but what to buy to replace it?
My tank is a 75g with a 55g sump but I plan on getting a 48” 120 within the next year or sooner, so the new skimmer needs to be the last one I buy for a long time.
I’m looking on spending under $500.00 and I’d like it to fit in the sump so it needs to have a foot print that will fit in a standard 55g tank and not be taller than 27”
I’m also running a Mag 9.5 for a return pump.
Or should I ditch the 55g sump and go with a larger/wider sump to fit a large skimmer?
