In my little nano at the office I had 1 head of octo detach from the skeleton last night, it started happening yesterday while I was at work but now it is fully seperated. Odd thing is it still looks healthy and happy just not attached to anything, any ideas for me?

Are you saying this is a frogspawn type coral ? or is this a true softy ? If a euphyllia type lps coral, low ALK levels for long periods of time is a prime candidate.

Frog spawn type, sorry, for as long as I have been doing this you would think that I would know that by now. The other head is just fine, just find this odd.

Actually, just took a look at the tank and saw my clown pick it up and feed it to the 'nem. Check it out:

Is the nem OK?
I had a tip of frogspawn touch my purple w/ green tip BTA and I've never seen a nem retract so fast... Looked like it hurt.
