Is there anywhere that a person could get argonite sand for a bit less than a buck a lb? Just wondering.

Petland is about a buck a lb if memory serves for the Live sand.

Live sand is 11.99 and 14.99 per ten pound bag, depending on brand at Petland in St. Paul.

I bought some sand form them. Service was ok (they took a little while to get back to me) and the sand was perfect, but I also bought 21 tons (42,000 pounds). I don't know if they deal in small quantities.

how deep of a sandbed does that get you?

um, i have a instant ocean bucket FULL of agranite sand that i might sell 1$ per lbs. take a look on my thread in the drygood/livestock sale forum.
