You have two choices, raise them (long complicated process) or accept the extra live food in your system soon ;)

if i just leave them in there is there a chance that any would survive?

From everything I read its VERY hard to raise these little ones. They will be released about 10-20 minutes after your lights go out...You can tell when they are about to be released(day) by the color of the eggs.
Just let them be consumed by your tank creatures ;)

Over half a year to get babies to settlement. Extremely long drawn out process. I'd think that anyone who wants to make a serious attempt at rearing baby cleaner shrimp would be wise to first learn to rear the easier Peppermints. A few people in the world HAVE done it, but it was NOT easy.

you can tell when they are going to release there eggs they won't eat that night
