What type of flow?

hey guys, i got this 6 ft by 3 ft frag tank ( 14 inch high) what do you think would be the best flow? couple tunzes? scwd? kinda a small pic but you get the idea.

I have a frag tank that is just a foot shorter and I run 3 high flow mj mods, and they work great. I also have 2 hydor #4 koralias in there and they are ok, but do not put out that much flow. I would recommend the Mj mods, they work awesome for the money.

tunze or maximod is my vote. you could also do a monster return with a couple of penductors, but it will cost you in electricity.
