Ray's Reef Glue and a scuba suit.
That or a strong finger.

the question is how are THEY going to fix that? Dubai spent so much money planning and going way over thier own heads that the royal family went broke. They cancelled all construction of new elements and completely out of money. Now how cool is it to have a palm shaped island that some lucky person is going to get one hell of a deal on.

I don't know if there is anything to be done repairing that. That may need to be scrapped entirely and redone. If the seals are bad in one spot, they may be bad all over. I don't know if you can just spot-treat a problem like that. If they really are broke and can't afford to redo it....

Coming soon to Dubai, the all new incredibly expensive terrarium display.

Maybe some Komodo Dragons or something.

Do you think they have insurance for something like that?

I doubt insurance likes risking billion dollar adventures like that.
Metlife might have enough money and I think they have an office over there.

LOL at komodos
Guess you wouldn't need mall cops with those guys roaming around.

Someone get their email and point them toward the forum maybe they can recoup some of their money.

Coming soon to the for sale section of TCMAS:

I wonder if the couldn't install some kind of internal chamber, seal it against the glass and pump it out. It would have to be large enough to be able to completely be able to remove the questionable seal. Even still, that's definitely not a problem I would ever want to deal with!

i'm sure there's a protocol for situations like this. Wherever there's large aquariums, there's large seams (unless it's a solid piece of glass), so there's probably a way they already had figured out to repair it before it happened.... at least i'd really hope so.

actually, i just read an article that said it was already repaired and didn't affect the "marine environment" so that's good i guess...
