Hi Everyone, I am looking for those of you who build systems for a hobby or a living. My father in law had a 400 gallon glass tank fail last year and was concerned with setting up the same system. He commissioned and had a new system built. It will fill the space of the 400 gallon (approximately 7 ft long, 3 ft wide and 40 in high) with 4 smaller tanks. Two tanks on top and two on bottom that will hopefully be plumbed together and use a common sump but can also be isolated if so required.
He has the tanks already built and has a sump and a number of components from the old tank. He needs an expert in setting up and plumbing this type of system. Also, the tank is surrounded by a very nice cabinet that does not off much in the way of extra space, so the plumbing almost has to pass through the bottom tanks to get to the top tanks, and there may need to be holes drilled to achieve this.
He is also interested in someone with lighting experience to help develop or identify a low profile system for limited space between the top and bottom tanks that would be removable and recessed if possible.
He is not a member and doesn't hang around the website, but if you post a reply or pm me I will provide contact information
Thanks in advance
