He said he just picked it up and i have something he wants, but i also want some of his zoas too, but if this is worth a lot i don't want to look like an idiot and ask for more...

That is the exact coral. I am sure it looks a lot better in cherrycorals tanks :) Not sure what lighting they are using, but it is very nice.

He wants my 2 Par38's. I was actually looking through his zoas and he has quite a lot of zoas i want single frags of also...

The piece above looks like a nice sized piece and super colorful, it's worth alot I would guess, but it's only worth what your willing to pay. Ask him for a few zoa's too, the worst that can happen is "NO"

Numbers wise, you can only see part of it, but with those colors it has too be worth a couple hundred+, I would ask too see it so you know its not photo shopped.

I will do that. I would think a couple eyes of this would go for 50.00 easily. I see over 20 eyes. Again that really depends on the photo editing. It will probably look like crap in my tank! :) I am also wondering if it has been shot with a powerbrite over head.

I guess my first reaction is that the picture is brighter than life. I don't doubt it's a nice coral, but that thing pops unnaturally. The guys at Cherry corals are good guys, and I've gotten some nice stuff from them to be sure, but their pics tend to be a bit doctored, IMO. I also know they run some really cutting-edge lighting systems there, so things may also look a little crazier under those lights.

IMO, that's a nice looking piece, and I wouldn't mind doing a trade for it. It's a fairly unusual color from the pieces I've seen. Value is subjective, and the seller has to decide how he values it and you decide if you feel it's worth what you have. If you do get it, I wouldn't mind getting a frag from you.

Even if the colors dont pop like they do in the pic that is a nice piece. I would also be interested in a frag.
