I got the all-glass 125 gallon with twin megaflows. Water in one of the megaflow fluctuate up and down which causes air burp in the drain line. I am using flexible tubing (from something fishy). I can see the drain water slows down then resumes normal flow.
Thanks.

You have to put a small hole in the top of the megaflow pipe. That will release the air pressure. The reason it's burping is that the water pressure builds up and then rushes down the overflow like flushing a toilet. If you put the hole in the top, it will flow smooth and constant.

The all-glass megaflow kit has a small hole on the top, but there is no knob to adjust it.
make the hole biger ,,,or pin another small hole,,,good luck

um no, no, no, no, no, and no.
All the responses are wrong if you are using the stock mega flow kit.
How do you have it plumbed under the tank?

Return is OceanRunner 3500. PVC from OR to a T, then flexible hoses to 2 return holes.
One drain (the one with problem) is flexible spa hose. It is the grey one from somethingfishy. It is softer than typical spa hose. It is 5 ft long.
The other drain is regular (hard) spa hose and only 1.5 ft long. No issue with this drain.

This may be a dumb comment, but ........
If the other drain works the way you want, why don't you change the one that you don't like to be like the one that you do like.

I have 2 hose you can use from a tide pool overflow.
