expect a LONG wait! i've got two pairs that are easily mature enough to spawn, but they just choose not to. one pair is acting like they want to spawn, excessive cleaning, spending lots of time in the flowerpot and their little spasms they do for each other. still nothing though.

but, it's good to have a pair of these in any breeders tanks, as IF they do spawn, it's payday.

My two percs that look like they have a little spasms every once in a while is that like a mating things?

The smaller one with less orange is an ORA and the larger one I just got from mlukymutt on Friday.

The spasms are likely coming from the smaller one (male) telling the larger one (female) that she is the dominant one.
