shrooms loosing color

Why would myshrooms be loosing color anyone have ideas?
i just took about four of my rock and dip the colonyof zoas and shrooms and nothing came out .

lighting? Did you get them a few short months ago? maybe they had different lighting. old bulbs?

ok the colony is three year old so its the bulbs then .

It could be other things like water peramaters, temp, ect- but you have to eliminate the issue one at a time.
