Had 2600 impeller crash after only a few weeks.
They sent a new one, after just showing proof of purchase date.
Look out TUNZE & IceCap......Looks like customer service is back in the hobby!:dance:

I did a lot of research before buying my Rio 10HF and the consensus is that that company is lots better than it used to be. I'm glad to hear it isn't all rumor.

And you would expect what? Impeller crashing after only a few weeks still gives me the impression they are making garbage. Great customer service is nice but a few weeks on a impeller is well a few weeks on a impeller;) I never heard of issues with the customer service, just the reliability concerns.

Guess the point is I got it last Nov.(they didn't know if I had been running it for 10 months) and they still did the right thing.
This puts them up with the other "quality co." as far as I am concerned.
