Well, I am at work right now and up top a few moments ago I was doing pretty good. I just received a call from my father saying that my tank the carpet all around my tank is wet. I had him wipe it up and within a few minutes it waswet again. So, my tank is leaking and I am not there to fix it. I am sad:(:(:(:(:(:bawling:

Say your extremely nauseous and head right home. You have micros and some mighty nice LPS at risk.

I do indeed Barry, but I have a TOC analyzer to run and a sample schedule to keep up with. I asked my dad to keep wiping up the water until I get home.

That sucks. I hope it's something small and fixable.

I just changed out the sump in the last few days, so I assume it is that.

unfortunately to some of us it happens "time after time" instead of "from time to time"

And that is speaking from personal experience

I dont really hate life,I was just worried when I got the call at work hat water was pooling. Looks like it is the sump. I switched back to the 10 gallon and it stopped. I guess I should have tested it first.

I'll try to get over there tomorrow before work and see if they have any pieces big enough to start a new one.

This is the sump the broke when I fell on the steps the day afer the big snow when trying to carry it out to my car. The only reason I tried to repair it vs. building another one was becuase I didn't have enough material to make a new one and the acrylic shop didn't have big enough scrap pieces or I would have.................
