so my to clowns have been in my tank for over or right 8 months now. the have allways stayed very close since first. now they are side by side and in one corner and it looks like they are fanning the sand to make a hole. is there anything i should do or be doing? how big does the belly swell befor layin eggs? or does it even.

Probably best to ask this in the breading form.. Although I don't know if you have access to it yet as a amphipod..

Mods?

Put in a flower pot, they'll likely use it to lay their eggs on.

I corrected your misspelled title, so this doesn't get too far off topic.
