Anyone know the type of snails ocean devotion sometimes carried. They looked like astrea from the shape of their shells but were typically bigger. Keith said they had the ability to right themselves if they fell over and they usually do from what i have seen. anyway i'd like to get a few more....they have been surprisingly hardy and seem to do a good job

also looking for about 8-10 emerald crabs anyone have any or want to order some with me let me know

e-tropicals BYO has emeralds for $2.50

You have to get to $60 for free shipping.

Are you thinking of turbos or margarita's? I got a couple really huge astreas in my etropical order. The big one I kept is probably 1.5-2". Most were about 0.5" but there was one monster and a couple mini monsters in our order.

i'm pretty sure they weren't turbos or margaritas. they have a shell similar to a astrea but bigger

tiger astraes. I know all-reef carries them. If you want, I can grab you x amount of them towards my frags. I'll prolly come also on the 2nd btw.

Is that a trochus snail?

I've seen those advertised as tiger turbo's.

i think those trochus snails might be the ones. most of the websites say they can flip themselves over and have them for $2.99-3.99 a piece so those seems like the logical ones. if allreef has those and you wouldn't mind picking some up for me i could use a dozen. if you want to bring them when you come over I'll settle up with you:biggthumpup:

thanks a bunch,

troy
