Why hand feeding a Moray Eel is a bad idea

I think i would rather live with 4 fingers on my hand rather than having my toe that does not even look like my finger sewed onto my hand!

millions of people live without hands I think I could get use to no thumb.

Yep I will use my toe for the thumb all day long. That video was quite interesting to say the least. I didn't expect a part about the guys recovery.

Do you think that noise was really his thumb popping off? I pet my moray all the time except while feeding. I doubt he has as much power as that monster though.

thats why you dont feed wild animals. that moray now thinks people have food and may be a hazard to other people.

i was always afraid something like that would happen to me when i was feeding the eels at the RFC. although on a side note they are always good not me. never tried to get a tasty finger or too.
