Anyone with prior Icecap variable speed fans experience out there, I want to know what you think about them.... are they quiet coz theyr gonna b in my bedroom? Icecap seems to have quite a reputation but I wanna know you think.

Those prices are crazy for a brushless computer fan and power inverter.
Go get what ever size you need DC brushless computer fan at a used computer store and pickup a AC to DC power inverter with selectable voltage at walmart or where ever and you're set.
