finnex 30 gal skimmer

I finally have a tank setup, my girl is a perfect girlfriend and bought me the 30g glass finnex setup.

i took the skimmer out, i am defiantly upgrading it, but to what?

Is the remora nano my best bet?
Using a maxi jet?

Also i am using the T-5 setup and David mentioned in another thread that the finnex T-5 setup is like having only 2 bulbs since they dont have individual reflectors.

So if i was to go with T-5 but upgrade it which 24" T-5 fixture can i go with to make sure i can have sps dominant tank (i know i have to do my part but i want to make the sure the light does its part!)

Retro will always be your best bet for maximum performance since you can pick out the best of each components.

If your set on getting a fixture, I'd look at the aquaactinics 24" T5 5 bulb fixture. May actually be overkill.....

i would love to do a retro, but since its a finnex all-in-one i can only do a fixture.

So you think the aquatinics might be overkill for my tank?

What about the tek 4bulb, or a 5 bulb setup, still over kill?

The other thing i can do is use a 250 pendent, i wont be buying this till i need it and since my tank was just broke in(water added) today i have a few weeks at least to figure out the right one!

also have you or anyone used the tunze nano rocks to hide the nanostream? I am looking at adding one or two of them with the nano 6025
