Hey guys, just wondering when you'll have more bubble magus and octopus skimmers in stock. If they're not in by the group buy, any chance I could get group buy price when they're back in stock? :beerchug:

Customer service is a priority there, but they don't monitor every forum they sponsor. If you insist on customer service by forum, try RC. Otherwise, email or phone will get a prompt response.

holy smokes 3-4 weeks... NVM I'm out then... I have never dealt with BRS but other reef supply stores usually respond with'n a few business days... sounds like customer service isn't priority there...

sent them an e-mail 2 weeks ago about if they test produtcts in their videos. still waiting for any response. not always on top of it there at brs

I sent them a link to this, letting them know they are losing potential customers. I have never had a problem with BRS, hopefully it get's straightened out.

I sent an email a few weeks never heard back. Wondering if the holidays got in the way. Called and resent email got a response a few days later. I normally get a reply by email. I like BRS and have spent well over $1500 plus there.

They said they are sold out till beginning Feb maybe sooner or later.

Ryan and Andy is not at the shop much anymore. Its best you call the shop number instead. Ryan would be my last resort.

Sorry guys we don't check on here very often, fortunately a couple of folks emailed me a link to the forum. We used to have a sticky about it but I may have accidentally replaced it when we did the last one.

A whole mess of octopus stuff got here last week, so that likely resolves that question, but if there is something specific that is still out of stock shoot me an email and I can double check for sure :-)

Bubble Magus stuff is expected to be here in the next few weeks. I believe its on its way, but if I estimate it will be here in two weeks, it won't be here for a month ;) Always a gamble as to how long it takes for some stuff to get here, clear customs etc.

I personally am in charge of the emails and usually check them on the weekends just to keep up. We just migrated over to a completely new service and have been having a few headaches especially to the grouped emails (ie. customerservice@bulkreefsupply.com), shoot me an email at brandon@bulkreefsupply.com and it should go right through, you can get my direct line at 763-231-9063 if you have any questions.

Brandon, I'd create a sticky in your forum to state that if you need customer service best to call or email and not rely on this forum to get your questions answered.
