What size? Big ones for moving heavy glass tanks etc.? Or for attaching small things inside your tank?

Ax-man would be another good place for small suction cups.

The zoo-med rep gave me a package of these magnet clips last week. They do the same thing as the suction cups, but are magnetic. The clip parts screw in to the magnet, and can hold anything from airline hosing all the way up to a heater.

...Not sure about your application, but they're under $10. I like to use it for holding my airlines while acclimating stuff since it's a bit more sturdy than the suction cups, and it's a lot easier to get off the glass once you're done.
