They are still just acclimating and expanding to increase surface area for the zoanthelle. Anemones and many LPS will actually expand bigger in lower light than they do in higher light in effort to get the energy they need to survive.

Id bet it would be more related to flow. Is there less flow in your nano than in the old 120?

Its flow and lighting. The lower flow and less light LPS, clams, anemones and softies have the bigger they will get for the reason stated above to a maximum of course.

I did put a bit more flow on it now.
The darn Clown keeps digging up all the sand around it.
