i drilled my 1st, wow i thought it was going to be harder then it was, took about 3 min. i drilled the hole in the bottom of my water change tank. worked very well....:biggthumpup:

here the tank me and a few of the group members help drill and I to thought this is not going to work but man frist one done mad every thing seem easy. So what are you setting up? I'm talking tank size and what not? and if I may ask what did you use to drill your tank?

i drilled a 20 gallon long for my changing tank, i drilled the bottom and i'm going to put a ball valve to have the water drain into the sump, below the 20L
i used a 1-1/4" hole saw bit for cutting glass, what i want to do now is drill a 1/2"hole for the float valve to mount into the side.
