hey im looking into getting another clam..I have a crocea they like the rocks and he is firmly planted on the rock work.im looking for one that likes the substrate.I dont have sugar fine sand or crushed coral.what would work?

ya, ii allready have a crocea. i heard that place out in stillwater has a nice selection!

But pricey!

During my trip to KS I dropped by a few LFS and they sell their nice Ultras for half the price up here. Ask Superman he's living down there.

actually, she will bend the price abit if she knows you personally. I bought a 3.5in tall by 3inch colony of rose milli from her for 50. she's a great person and her stuff are top notch. worth the money IMO.

It depends more on your lighting than substrate.... I have croceas on the bottom of my tank, which happens to be sand. What lighting how deep a tank?

My crocea keeps jumping off the rock I put him on so he gets to live on teh sand for now.

i have a standard dim. 7g gallon with about 4 to 5 inch of sand..two 150 watt metal halides,2 96 watt pc's
