This is a complaint but not sure where to put it in sump or in the DIY.
I used 1/4 of a tube and sealed right away. Now i tried to use again so I Stab the tube to REFRESH the opening again start to seal and two pumps and BAM, Part of the back half is al dried. I didnt want to waste so I dugg my finger in and started appling the sealent. IF i complain to them will it help???

Well, first, I'm not sure if the product actually failed on you or not. It may not have been stored properly after opening.

If the product has performed improperly, I don't think its WOF's fault. I think your issue should be with AGA.

I mainly need to vent I guess. IT 10 bucks a tube and im still high off the fumes. But I have seen tubes there that have had splits from the back to the top and there still on the shelf. so that was my first thought that cam to mind when it did what it did.

i know this doesn't help now but next time go to home depot or menards and get the 3m marine silicon. same thing and its and it $7. after opening place it in the fridge and it should be good for 4 to 5 months after opening before it starts to clump. remember once opened it will always start to harden just the way silicon is, cool temps will slow the process but never stop it

Yep. I have the marine silicone from Home Depot. I've had it for two years and the opening plugged up so I've just been poking holes in it to use it, but I am sure to cover the hole back up with silicone when I'm done to give it a bit of an extra seal.
