I have a half black dwarf angelfish that will not eat the food I put in the tank. It is constantly picking at the live rock and back glass of the aquarium, and has shown no signs of stress or any indication that it's not doing well. In fact when I put the food in the tank, it flies around aggressively after the food but doesn't eat. It's like it doesn't like the food that I'm feeding.
I've tried super shrimp, mysis, formula 1 flake, formula 2 flake.
Any suggestions???

+ garlic to the food. if that doesnt work, you have to try livefood.

cyclopeeze. I've never had a non-eater, but when I fed that, to ANY fish, it was.... WOW

Just an update on one weird fish. Won't touch brine shrimp, mysis, or anything normal. Finally ate like a psycho when I threw in some old, soft shrimp pellets that I used to feed my trigger. This fish must not have read the aquarium books.

now just mix that food with what you want to feed in a bit of water so it takes on the smell and it should start to eat the rest too.
