anemone tank

So. I have this lovely rock anemone that is at least seven inches across and needs a bigger tank. It would be the only anemone in the tank, of course. What is the minimum size you'd recommend for this tank, and what lighting is best to keep this critter happy?

rubble, and or sand
maxijet 900 (with the hydror thing woudl be nice)
10g tank
clip on home depot light with full spectrum bulb... but I bet there are some decent PC lights you could get for free or box of girl scout cookies.

iv kept my flower anemone under 80 watts PC for the past year. i feed it often and its grown alot. it will either burry its foot in the sand, or in a hole in the rocks. it also climbed my glass and enjoyed the corner for a few months.
