WTF is this!

so some weird worm that I found in my tank is digging into my liverock and I wanted to know if I should try to remove it or will he be fine left in the tank.

I know the pics suck but it was the best I could get that close with my camera.

Peanut worm, leave it they are good detrivores.

You will also find these soft looking spikes that look like urchin spikes, but they are actually peanut worm waste.
