I personally wouldn't. As I would for any wrasse, you definately would need to keep the tank covered or use a canopy that you can screen off the open areas to keep contained.

Anyone that knows me, would say that I am wrasse crazy! I love them. I have spent a lot of time gathering info on behavior and compatibility for many of the species. Mixing is complicated, but easy if you do your research. Try to narrow down what you want. Then there is a logical order to when to add them. Don't forget about sizes. Yes, David is right about jumpers. I've more than my fair share of exspensive wrasses and so has Mary and Stan. Try this for a recommendation: if your tank has optimal tank conditions try a Coris wrasse(Yellow or another small species) first, next try a flasher wrasse (not the same colors), if all is well then try a leopard or pencil wrasse (again not the same colors), next could come a possum wrasse or sixline/fourline, and for the last one try a larger species of Fairy wrasse (Hawaiian Flame, Labouti, or Lineatus). The order is simple, wimpiest one first and so on. Now this is all based upon trial and error other tank mates behaving well, your tank has enough cover for all, and has enough filtration to take the bio-load of all of those. Wow that was really long! Sorry:( Hope this helps.

i would probably recommend a harrem of fairy or flasher wrasses. even a mixture. i had two exquisite and one solar fairies in my 65 gal tank. i sold them when i downgraded tanksize, and i do miss my wrasses. a cover is a must, i have had my male exquisite land on me at feeding time (only time of day the cover was removed).
