Help!

I just replaced the impeller and inner/outer housing on my Gen-X return pump. I turned it on and it blasted water for a second then just ran without spinning the impeller anymore. (flow stopped) Any ideas?

pull out the impeller and make sure there is nothing inside obstructing it. It sounds like it seized up a bit on something.

It is definately not obstructed. I just put it all together....it pumps water but only for a second or two. I will check it though just in case. Thanks!
