Has anyone else been following this program? One of the best nature programs I have ever seen and the footage has been incredible. I can't wait to see the others as they come out. Deep oceans was kind of neat but some of the others were phenomenal. I still can't get over those dancing birds, what a trip!

I have the 1st 3 DVR'd. I watched the 1st one, fell asleep halfway thru "Mountains". Deep oceans is way wicked. I can't believe some of the stuff they were able to get footage of way down there.

It's on Sundays on Discovery HD and also I think on the regular Discovery channel.

I am recording all of them on my HD DVR and I have agree with Jon that this is the best nature show ever !!

I have to agree with John on the dancing birds....those things were a riot. Also the way they cleaned and prepared their "dance floor". Tooooo funny.

I think they rerun these almost daily. Most of them late at night thought from what I have seen.

Here is a link to their schedule:

It is very cool but Blue Planet by the BBC is still my fav.

Stupic Comcast, I can't justify paying an extra $15 for a few more HD channels.

I expect the first few episodes of this show to be out on DVD over here within a few weeks. Of course, I would never buy an illegal copy of such a great show at a ridiculously low price. :look:

Haha, KoiBoy gets the ones with Jinglish, I get Chinglish subtitles!

I buy between 5 and 10 DVD's a week here, and on average 90% are perfect, the other 10% are total crap and end up in the garbage 5 minutes after I start the movie. But, at about 75 cents each, who cares! Actually, once you find a good DVD shop, go there allot, they get to know you and tell you which ones are crap before you buy them.

Funny thing: I just moved from Hong Kong to Shenzhen (right across the border in Mainland China) and I think I might be the only person who ever smuggled a few hundred bootleg DVD's into China!

I love that clip with the great white ......

Btw: Has anyone seen Worl Report with Dan Rather (the fruit cake) ?
Great story about the Florida reefs.

Red, I recorded it as well as the Planet Earth series. Is there a way we can host this on here in a format that is watchable, yet so it doesn't take gazillions of bandwith ?

Depends on how big it is. Let me know the size of the file and we can look at it.
