Don't bother hunting for it, get Mississippi Lime from Ryan at twopartsolutions.com here locally for a really good price.

It really nice stuff and a better grade than Mrs. Wages so will have less impurities. It's even a better grade than ESV sells commercially.

To be fair what we have is Food grade so it is the same grade as Balls . However the grade just states the minimum requirements . Mississippi lime is considered to be one of the best if not the best of the food grade brands available.

ESV sells potable water grade which in the lime industry is considered to be below food grade and can not be used in food directly , only diluted in water. Most of the companies don't even list the grade that they use. http://www.reefkeeping.com/issues/2005-01/rhf/index.php

I was just at Coborn's in Big Lake and they had Mrs. Wages (16 oz) with the canning supplies. I'm sure other grocery stores have it too.
