Hey guys as some of u know i just moved everything over from the 75 to the 155,and last night i noticed my green slimer coloney starting to bleach from the bottem up,also this morning i noticed my blue milli has sighns of bleaching on one of the tips,All my params are normal, temp hit 81 last night, could it be from the sudden change in enviroment?

Hope you didn't reuse the sand... But that is probably the least likely thing.
A lot of fluctuations happen when you switch tanks. params are probably out of whack.

could we be a little more precise? Is there tissue left in the white area or is there none left? You'd expect bleaching, an expulsion of most of the zoox, to be light facing parts of the coral. Tissue recession is another story altogether

nope not tissue ressision just bleaching,u can still see the polyps,
spssick no i used new but i did use a couple cups to seed it,I thinkits just two many variables with the switch

Would running carbon help? Just in case kind of a thing.

I dont have any carbon at the time,And no changes in lighting, all i did was add a third 250 watt halide to comensate for the length of the tank, when they were in the holding tank they were under pc's

I've got a tub of the high quality carbon from two part. I could sell you some of it if you are interested in trying to run some. I'd give it to you, but this stuff is just too expensive to give away.
