Can you buy an AGA megaflow ovewrflow?

I was just wondering if you can buy just the AGA plastic megaflow overflow. Do they sell them individually? I am getting a 120 and I want to put the overflow on one of the short sides.

Yes, you can, I'm sure I can get you a new one. Someone may have a used one. Actually pretty simple to build. Please don't say a 120 AGA?!? :) You're going to come to hate that middle brace if so....

I bet it is an AGA, but thats ok, not like Iwas going to try to put one halide over it, Im thinking 6x54w T5 retro, should be able to cancel out the shadow.

lol derek, i was just about to post this! i sw some laying around at OD the other say but i'm not sure if they were salvaged or if they were for sale

if you run halides over the center brake then put the reflective duct work tape over it, my last aga tank was ten years old and when i pulled it off it looked like new, you can find it at the hardware store where the ducting is and its silver and sticks for atleast 10 years and wont make the brace become brittle

biggest advantage is that they are already made.

I hate the megaflows, they are anything but "mega" I would have spazz or bob build you one if I were you. The biggest flaw of a megaflow is that it pulls water from below the water surface from weirs, which contradicts the reason for an overflow that surface skims.

yeah I do not like how they have two sets of holes. one a third of the way up and then one set near the top
