Does anyone have any idea on how to attach duncanopsammia axifuga (Duncan Whisker Coral) or any other kinds of dendros to a substrate? I just got a frag/polyp and I forgot to check that out.

Thanks

I just use superglue, and glue them to a rock or something.

when you glue it down make sure the cut is facing up, because if you feed often within 1 week the cut will grow a new mouth, within 2 weeks you should be able to feed it.

I ended up using superglue and it worked quite well. The polyp came out after a few minutes in my refugium. I didn't realize how hard the base of these things are. I thought they were fleshy but I guess not. I ended up gluing the cut onto the rock, i didn't see your message in time clownut, but i'll try that when I frag it. There were several small polyps already around the main one so it was probably better that I didn't this time. Thanks for the help everyone, I'll try to have some pics of it soon.
