So I am finally tearing me 75 gallon tank down to prepare it for the move.

While it is down, we are going to strip and reastain the stand and canopy to match the trim in the new house. I would also like to clean the powerheards, tank, sump skimmer, etc..

Is there a good combination of vinegar and water or something that will be the best for cleaning everything? How about removing the coraline on the powers and the tank walls. It is glass.

This is a sad day, but the good news is that all of my corals and fish are in my 30 gallon nano, so once moved I will have two display tanks. :)

I'd use a razor blade to get the coraline off before you empty the tank. It's easier than when coraline drys out.

Just be sure not to keep equipment in vinegar too long. 1/2 diluted is what I usuallly do. Some seals/gaskets and other rubber items will expand and or fall apart if left too long. I wouldn't let sit any more than overnight in vinegar.
