How do I add a border and watermark (signature) to the photo? I've seen many people do this and I haven't been able to figure out how just searching around on PS on my own. Some help would be great. Thanks!

Also you can do a search on Free Photoshop Actions and find them all over the place.

If you're just doing one photo there's no reason to creation an action. An action is good for many photos, but if you just need to do one it's a two-minute deal in Photoshop.

It's not tough in photoshop, just ad a layer for the watermark and set it for 30% density or so, The frame is a bit more of a challenge. Those tutorial links RogerCG should help.

Photobucket has an editing tab to add borders. I havnt seen the watermark option though. My avitar was done with the photobucket sotware...blured the edges and added a border.
