Forget the dang trap!

I gave up on the trap. It failed once and the last fish I need to catch wont go near it (1.5 weeks later).

Solution: It's only a 37gal so I tossed in a mag 5 and pumped all the water out in a few min and yanked it and the shrimp out then pumped it back in. Sooo much nicer.

Now I get to actually have a mantis in my mantis tank!!! So if anyone sees a REALLY cool one let me know. I'd like a smasher.

actually now that I think about it I have to get two more fish which would make a great spot for my QT tank.

I'm not sure if SF still has a peacock mantis or not. they did a couple weeks ago and it has been there for a couple months. might be worth a call.
