8 bulbs
(I know it's kinda overkill, but I got a good deal)
It looks sweet on the tank. I'm going to have to get some pics real soon. It is a huge jump from the 4 40w T8s I had on there before. I'm getting a montipora tonight at jun bo. Can't wait to try it out!

you might need to shield the existing corals for a week or two as to not shock the Sh!t out of them with all the new light. Sweet purchase. I am assuming we will be seeing pics in the next few days?

I'm only going to run 4 bulbs for a while until the existing corals get up to speed.

I Think one switch is two and one swich is 4? I'd like to know if that isn't the case. Thanks.

One switch is 4 and the other switch is 4 on mine  . Not sure about the 6 bulb fixtures.

Nice!

The 6 is 2 outside, 4 inside.

I really like these fixtures because they are so low profile : )

It does look really slick! I have some mostly brown zoas that I've had in my aquapod and then in my 75 under the T8's for a few months with no color change. Within 24 hours under the tek light they started to turn green!! I will try to take some pictures tonight.

what bulbs do you have in the fixture? Does the unit have individual reflectors?
