I dont know about 2 tangs.
Id go with a yellow, the small hippos dont seem to do very well.
Id add some anthias or wrasses....JMO

i might recommend a pair of royal grammas, pair of dwarf angels, or pair up the mandarin goby.
gramma and dwarf angels are fairly easy, just put a super small one with a larger one. though i wouldn't add a jumbo sized fish with the smallest you can find, the initial introduction might come with minor fighting. the mandarin is easier, the female doesn't have that long dorsal fin like the male. id also suggest pairing any shrimp you get.

I love the little bi-color angel I got at SWE.
I also got a Royal grama the same day.
Great color and movement in the tank.
Color, you need blue and red or pink in the tank.

I agree with the suggestion of royal gramma. I have one in my 75 and he adds some nice color to the tank. And, he's fun to watch. He likes to hang out sideways and upside down at times - really worried me the first time I caught him doing that.

stay away from most all angels, non-reef-safe wrasses, and butterfly's.

I've heard yellow tangs can be aggressive so you may want that one to be last.
Stay away from the wrasses if you want a mandarin - they will out compete it for food. I'm not sure a 75 would be big enough to overcome a wrasse and still get enough food to the mandarin.
