T5 Ballasts

Wondering if anyone has had any problems with the T5 BallastWise ballast?
This weekend a ballast of less than a year old quite firing the bulbs. I put a new replacement one in and it worked just fine.

I use two of these and it hasn't failed me .

I spoke with the head of reef geek a while back and he said he doesn't like the 4 bulb triads because they tend to fail faster. I'm guessing that might be true with these also . they do get pretty hot.

I talked with them yesterday. The website says it is suppose to be a 60month warranty so we will see. They told me to send it in and they will have an engineer look at it and see what the problem is. If it is their problem they will replace. I don't see how it could be my problem if it just stops working and I put the exact same model in and it fires right up. So hopefully I will get a new one shortly.
