shut up,how did you get your hands on that stag??? i'm tryng to get that lemonaide, but you have to spend $300 at atlantis just to be able to spend 100 for the 1/2 inch frag, hows the leng sy doing for ya(is it the "real" leng or rafaels(TCN)) I got a frag a year ago from rafael and all it did was encrust, now it's starting to give me nodular growth, not very green under 10k though.

just got the leng sy (the real one) so we will see. I have an internet friend in Atlanta, who has a 550 sps tank, which is filled with LE's. Pink lemonaid I got from someone taking his tank down, but I spoke with Mike at rarefrags.com and sent him the pics, because he has one about the same size, and he verified that it is the real deal before I bought it. As of right now the leng sy seems a bit bleached even under the 20k, however, once everything gets out of the frag tank, I can move it farther from the light, and we will see how it looks in there.

I forgot I have the frag farmers monti sesota, which is one of my favorites, and the blue millie monster as well :)

got it from the chick in altanta, along with a slew of other ones :)...shes got most of the tyree stuff. I do have a few pieces she doesnt though :)

I actually, had a kalk overdose a few months back, and was only able to save a teenie weenie piece of the ultimate stag. That is how I lost the pink prostrata, incredible hulk, and my sunset monti (the last two really bummed me out).

I've got the Ora German blue polyp. Had it for about 3 months. While still just a frag mine has been a pretty good grower. It looks alot better viewed from the top than from the sides don't really see the blue coralites near as well.

it's seemed that he's got some new mounts, like a square that is roughly 1/4" tall. Yes, he does have some new stuff.... he's big into deepwater stuff. Yeah, I've yet to perfect any photography skills, I need Li to show me the ropes...

Yeah, I just want to hold them to make sure they are healthy before I put them up for sale. He's good a shipping stuff, much better than my other suppliers :) I'll ping you later this week.....

kewl, I am not a fan of the discs. they're o.k. if the frag isn't encrusted and you can just remount, but otherwise you cant place them, they just sit and wobble, you know.anyways, it's not so much the skill as having the right camera, if you had a nice 12x zoom camera youd be amazed at what you could do, I found this out the hard way. We have a nice 6mp nikon, and the pics are not the best, I thought I just sucked, but point n shoot cameras suck.then I seen a photography camera( same price as our fancy compact) big difference! anyvaze, see ya later eh.

rainbow is coming around btw, blueing up nicely. oh yeah, did you have that hirisuta( or maybe hispada) under high light/current?i didnt want to put it up top, it's encrusting but the orange is kinda turning brown

I've kinda been laying low lately, reading on here more than posting:biglaugh2: You can give that hispada as much light as you want. I've had it about 6 inches from a 400 watter and no sweat. Pretty tough coral that's hard to kill. Getting good orange out of it takes high light for sure. Doesn't seem to mind high flow either:rolleyes: That rainbow should grow fairly fast, I wish the sunset monti in my tank would take off like that one does!

I didn't know Rafael does retail, he told me only wholesale. He's got many of the ORA stuff that he grows out and many more. He's also got a FOWL with some angels that frequently spawn. He's big into VHO (which is what he grows all his acros under), I should see if he's gotten on the T5 bandwagon.
